Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and the product's warehouse origin:

• Local Warehouse (US/EU): For selected items shipped directly from our local warehouses, estimated delivery is 3-7 business days.

• International Shipping: For other riding gear and accessories shipped from our global fulfillment center, estimated delivery is 7-15 business days.

3. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
